She is the owner and medical director of Mood Institute, psychiatric intervention practice dedicated to providing innovative mental health solutions.
Dr. Harding is a graduate of Yale School of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident of Interventional Psychiatry Services at Yale Psychiatric Hospital. She is now an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale, remaining at the forefront of breakthroughs in treatment-resistant depression.
She has completed over 4,000 interventional procedures, including Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS), Intranasal Esketamine (Spravato), and Intravenous Ketamine. She has addressed audiences nationally and worldwide, including in Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Australia, Italy, Romania, Brazil, Mexico, Guyana, and St. Lucia. She has held leadership roles in the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and served as Vice President of the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists & Practitioners.
Her intervention practice, Mood Institute, has earned recognition as a best-in-class treatment facility and was recently selected as a clinical trial site for a PCORI-funded study evaluating the non-inferiority of Intravenous Ketamine versus Intranasal Esketamine. Additionally, Mood Institute will be a trial site for two Phase 3 trials over the next 3 years.
She has received numerous teaching awards, including the 2024 Irma Bland, MD, Certificate of Excellence in Teaching Residents, and was awarded the prestigious Rappeport Fellowship by the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law.
